Play-Based Therapy
Play-based therapy is primarily available for children aged 0–12, though support for older children may be offered based on individual needs. This child-centered, anti-oppressive, and multicultural approach is designed for neurodivergent children, those from diverse cultural backgrounds, and those in unique family or educational settings. With extensive experience supporting autistic children, those with FASD, gifted learners, ADHD, developmental delays, and children in foster care or involved with the ministry, therapy is tailored to each child's needs.
Every session is customized in collaboration with the child’s family to honor their unique strengths and experiences. Through creative, child-led play, therapy provides a safe, nurturing space where children can explore emotions, build resilience, and grow in confidence in a way that feels authentic to them and their family.

Supporting Services
Often, play therapy alone isn’t enough to fully meet a child’s and family’s needs. In addition to play therapy, I offer these additional services to ensure holistic support for every aspect of your child’s well-being.
Parent Support
Many who seek this service may be balancing multiple responsibilities, navigating a history of trauma, or managing co-parenting or single-parent dynamics. Through a strengths-based, collaborative approach, parents receive tailored strategies that respect their own neurodiversity and family context. The focus is on practical tools for communication, emotional regulation, and building deeper connections with children, empowering caregivers to support their child’s growth while honoring their own well-being.
Collaborative Care Consulting serves as a bridge between families and professionals—such as teachers, behavior consultants, speech pathologists, occupational therapists, and school counselors—ensuring that everyone aligns on goals in a way that honors each child’s identity. Often, these professionals rely on methods like ABA that may not be fully neuroaffirming, leading them to seek fresh perspectives when current strategies aren’t working. By facilitating open communication and coordination among all parties, Collaborative Care Consulting creates a consistent, strengths-based plan that respects neurodiversity and fosters meaningful progress at home, in school, and across all supportive environments.
